Crowley visited our facility after a sudden,
unexpected switch to Kennelsoft. Unlike many
"trainers" (versed in computer configurations
and language), Jane's extensive knowledge of the
kenneling industry proved to be invaluable. Not
only was she professional and personable, but my
staff found a true "common ground" with her as
she shared first-hand, real-life experiences of
the very issues we faced on a daily basis. She
did not just touch upon the software itself.
More importantly, she thoroughly trained each
member of my staff on how to use the software as
a tool in order to improve productivity,
customer satisfaction and to become more
efficient and ultimately more profitable. At
first, I only thought we would need her for a
day or so. But after seeing how the staff
adhered to her, we extended our contract to 3
days. This resulted in an incredible learning
session - not to mention an easy integration and

were very reasonable. In fact, the more I think
about it, it would have cost me more NOT to have
