ALLOW KENNELSOFT TO TAKE YOU ON  A
REMOTE "WALK-THROUGH" OF AN ATLANTIS OR AVALON DEMO TOUR

  1. Type in the Demo Session ID number that has been provided to you by KennelSoft.
     
  2. When you click the below "SUBMIT" tab you will be directed to a small program to install on your computer.  This program will allow you to participate in the KennelSoft Remote Online Demo Tour. Click on the RUN tab to install the Join software.
     
  3. Once installed a CHAT BOX window appears on your screen - click the X on this window to CLOSE it.
     
  4. You will then be prompted to "Allow the Support Technician to Share Your Desktop" - Click OK.
     
  5. Then CLOSE all open windows so you are on your computer desktop.
     
  6. Your computer is now ready to participate in the online demo tour.  You will now have a temporary toolbar located above the time section of your desktop which will automatically be removed from your desktop once you are finished with the Demo Tour.
